Power Pilates allows you to explore some of the more challenging Pilates exercises. Modifications are given for beginners. Classes are choreographed to be fast paced with seamless transitions between recognised Pilates moves.

  • Flowin' and Glowin'

    'Flowin' & Glowin' together in this class! We make a cunning little loop with the band to cut some shapes and create some interesting resistance moves. Abs and glutes won't know whats hit them!

  • Let's Get Waisted!

    'Let's get WAIST'd!' Grab your ball or cushion and let's hit the mat for one hour of power. Core control, balance and spinal alignment are top of the agenda in this fun, creative pilates class.

  • Boomerang Challenge

    'Building Boomerangs'. This class certainly packs a punch! Follow Sally through a series of exercises cleverly layered to prepare the spine, core and hips for the grande finale boomerang challenge. Guaranteed to leave you feeling stronger, taller and feeling fabulous.

  • Top To Toe

    A gorgeous 'mixed-bag' flow, challenging strength, balance and mobility. You will need a heavy book, ball or cushion for this workout.

  • Curl and Core

    An express 20 minute Pilates class using a simple sofa cushion as a prop

  • Power Pilates and Abdominals

    A short class with a strong and cheeky teaser

  • Ready Steady Flow

    'Ready..stead...FLOW!' Talk about action-packed!! You will need two tins, a band and a ball/cushion for this high energy, bonanza of a class.
